The level 1 plan is for five users with the ability to access your data and selected programs remotely we also have a ten user basic plan.

The level 2 plan includeds level 1 plus the option of online storage of files, the storage options are 250Gb, 500Gb and 1TB.

Questions

If you are looking at cloud software, be it private or public, does the data created by your compaines staff belong to you?.

Can you store a backup copy on site at your business?

Are you able to use that data on software based on a local machine if the need ever arises?

What type of system reports can you generate?

If for some reason you have to stop using the program are you still able to acces the data history locally or online.

Your choice

Remember you should build software around your business, it is awkward trying to change an established business to suit new software, admittedly there always are a few teething issues when you are introducing new software, so be patient, but make sure it is working for you and not the other way around.

Now most good business people ask the correct questions about computer systems, software, features, and how easy it is to use plus more and more.

Then you have had your computer system or phone system for two months and the power goes off for two hours, those of you with no UPS (un-interupted power supply) experiense instant loss of facility, those with inadequate equipment experience about 10 minutes before everything shuts down, and those who have been provided the correct equipment may be able to work for the whole two hours.
